You can book easily anytime using our online booking system. If you’re a first-time client, the system will walk you through everything we need to get started—including your pet’s details and preferences. Once you’re in our system, rebooking is quick and simple.

If you’re looking for a specific time or service that isn’t currently showing up, feel free to text our booking line at 269-350-3092. We can check for cancellations, add you to our waitlist, or help find a better fit.

At our home salon, appointments are booked one pet at a time (or one family, if you have multiple dogs). While there may occasionally be a slight overlap during drop-off or pickup, your dog will never be caged for long periods, nor will they be passed between groomers.

To help us keep things flowing smoothly, we do ask that you’re available to pick up your dog shortly after we send the “finishing up” message. Most pets are ready to head home right after their groom!

Great question! In July 2025, our mobile grooming branch officially rebranded as DapperTails Mobile Pet Grooming of Southwest MI. It’s still owned and operated by the same team—but now has its own dedicated website and brand.

Storybrooke now focuses exclusively on our home salon in Otsego, while DapperTails continues to offer mobile grooming services throughout the region.

We offer a diverse range of shampoos tailored to meet the specific needs of each pet, including options such as medicated, oatmeal, or hypoallergenic shampoo.

We love cats! Our salon services include those for our feline friends.

We used to—but not anymore! To keep our schedule smooth and stress-free for both pets and groomers, all services now require an appointment, including nail trims. You’re welcome to book a nail trim as a standalone service through our online booking system.
